terrible bank! don't go this bank. they are crazy to take over draft fee from clients. there is no clients care in this bank. we understood why many of this bank branches are closing.

Although I had some issues with getting a debit card that took over a month, Bill and Geronimo were the nicest people who went out of they're way to make sure I was taken care of. Not having a debit card for a month when it was expected was really hard on my so that is why this is not a 5 star rating but the customer service is great and I would recommend them to others.
