Haven 124 at Eastlake Station

This was a great place to live and raise a family before the new management took over. We have started to notice that with the rise of rent most of our neighbors have moved.. don't get me wrong, all these open parking spots are nice but it says something. They're advertised as "luxurious" which literally made me laugh.. It is indeed gated, however its been broken for months. The granite counter tops, are laminate... and the other club house w/ gym is always locked.. When I finally hassled them to let me in because it is supposed to be open at this time, it was all wet.. they had several fans going, it smelled like mildew and I got attitude from the maintenance guy cleaning the pool. Save yourself the time and money, there are cheaper and nicer apartments in the area.
