We took my daughter's phone here for a cracked screen in January and they broke the whole phone. They did give her one of the other phones that they had there. Unfortunately even though they did try to make it right, that phone is not only degraded version of her iphone that she had, but it sucks. They did try to make it up, so for customer service I really think that they tried. But dont say you can do something you cannot.
