H&R Block

I think they're customer service was great! The new lady at the front was amazing and my Tax Lady was excellent at explaining the tax form to me and when I forgot a form at home, she just held onto my file until I returned a week later! This location was so helpful. :D Happy Dance!

Horrible! Dealt with a lady here who is Caucasian and heavy set and wears glasses. She was about as rude as any one I've ever had to talk with. Before I even asked a question she was telling me how she couldn't help me. "Online is totally different, I can't help you if you did your taxes online. Our system is different." Then when I try to explain to get what I'm there for, she says, "I can look at your profile if you sign in on it." So I ask her, "I thought you said you couldn't." She goes, "no you misunderstood, I can look it up if you sign in." Well, it'd be nice to know that from the start. Why didn't you tell me that then...? Look, you lead with how can I help? Let's find a way! Not, "I can't do that." she continued to condescend and her tone was very aggressive. NEVER AGAIN will I go back there except to speak to the manager. She was very rude over and over again. I've had nothing but good experiences with HR Block but that was terrible. I left without any help and it seems her goal is to make us feel like idiots. My two cents is to try a different location.
