FULL DISCLOSURE: I am Asian..sad to say that these particular Asian folks (Koreans, worse, they are 'Christians' [!?]), does not have an iota of Human Decency!
HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!! RUDE! NO SENSE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
I went for a #2 (medium) Carwash, but their water pressure is SO LOW! that it didn't even took most of the dirt out!! I tried to forward the issue to a young Korean clerk with a (PUNK) attitude! --
This guy was very hostile and condescending!! --EVEN accusing me of 'CHEATING'! He ultimately ended up calling his boss, but I got the same lousy hostile attitude! --worse, she stereotyped me as "one of those Cheaters" while the evidences was VERY CLEAR on the product! My CAR!
DO NOT USE THEIR CARWASH! Let alone their Business!!
