JCRS Coin Laundry

Update: I was contacted by management and they are working with me to make it right. I've been washing my laundry here for years and started using their wash and fold about a year ago. I always loved them until recently. This last wash there were new ladies and some of my clothes came back with bleach spots including my favorite skirt. I called the laundromat and was told a message was left for the boss, but I have yet to receive a call back.
