I almost didn't venture into this place, due to the reviews. Then I remembered, people often leave bad reviews for trivial experiences, and I am so very glad I came in to see Jeffrey! Jeffrey personally greeted me with a big smile, even before he knew whether or not I was a customer. He was quick to help & assist me with a watch cleaning, polishing and battery-exchange. It was ready a day earlier than he said it would be. I ecstatically & confidently recommend Jeffrey B. Jewelers!
