Great service. Always willing to take me in whenever needed. This place has been around for a while but I can definitely say the manager Mike wisdom is taking this to the next level with all of his clients the customer service and making a job well done. The stores the number one for me. Now that I know they do mechanics to I'm willing to take my vehicle to them anytime. They get a plus plus plus for me

I went to have my front brakes done today. My Caliper had turned and ground the rotor. They said that they had hard time getting my brakes off due to them being rusted and broke then getting them off. So now I have to get brakes as the old ones are now broke.They also said they could not machine the rotors as they were too thin, so I would need new ones.I had no problems with needed new ones, if needed. They then told that they would get me the best prices in town on the parts. I was charged $762.95 for a front brake job!? I went home and called 3, retail Auto parts stores and found all of the parts, with a 2 year warranty on them for 1/3 of the price that I was charged.I also called several random mechanic’s and was told the job would cost between $250.00 and 350.00ish. When I called to ask about the price difference the guy that answered the phone, seemed shocked and sent me to his manager. The Manager , told me that they are a corporation and have to mark it up. I asked 3x times as much over retail.? He said that's just the way they do it. I feel as though they took advantage of me being a woman and not knowing what the prices should be. There was also another woman there with me at the same time, 8 mos pregnant, that felt the same way about her front brakes that cost her almost $500.00. My husband is shocked and disgusted, and he feels that they did indeed take advantage of me. Would never go back again! Please don’t send your wife or daughters there.
