Mr. Faris at this shop is quite a stuck up gentleman. His shop installed parts on a friends truck but after installation I happened to be underneathe and noticed the balljoint appeared to be missing the grease boot. My friend brought this up to Les Schwab in Littleton where they were doing the alignment. Will and Eddy confirmed my suspicion. Being a very automotive minded I advised my friend to bring it back to verify with theit shop. Turns out the balljoint was bootless, non-servicable design by MOOG released weeks prior to installation. Instead of being the bigger man, Mr. Faris blasted Les Schwab for incompetancy. I've been a customer at Les Schwab for many years and know they do not use MOOG parts unless asked to. How would they know? Landmark Automotive is a poorly run establishment and can't handle one challenge. I know there is always a "he said she said" between shops, but come one. Grow up dude. Also, why is Landmark perform suspension and steering work if they don't have an alignment machine? Talk about doing the job wrong the first time...
It is difficult to find a repair shop that a person can have continued faith in. I have taken my cars to Landmark for over 3 years now and have been very happy. When my car broke down in Littleton I even had it towed to Landmark in Conifer. I think that says it all right there. Very happy with Landmark.
