The Law Office of Kevin R. Churchill

I was charged with a very serious offense after I defended myself from being attacked by several men in a crowded bar. The police that charged me had spoken to several witnesses that tried to make me look like the aggressor. What the police didn’t know was that some of these same witnesses were my attackers. These “witnesses” pretended not to know each other when they spoke to the police, and pretended not to be involved in the incident. Mr. Churchill believed in my defense from the beginning, and his investigation uncovered several witnesses that were able to testify to the truth of what had happened. The witnesses he spoke to were able to show that my attackers were group of men that knew each other, and that their account of what had happened was false, and that they were the aggressors. I was facing certain prison time because of my decision to defend myself against a group of drunken men. Because of Mr. Churchill’s representation, the truth came to light and my case was dismissed before there was ever a trial. I had no criminal record whatsoever before this happened. I am so grateful to continue my life with no criminal record because of the help I received from Mr. Churchill. Thank you very much Kevin!
