I am a "Professional" electrical contractor and have been in the business for over 15 years. Never have I seen such poor attitudes and unprofessional follow through. Here's the story, I went in last fall, of 2012, to introduce myself and was looking for a lighting design center to help me with some of our commercial accounts that have unique track lighting and fixtures. I asked them to demo a couple of fixtures and transformers and they said fine, just have it back within 30 days. I took the items and delivered to my customer and they decided against it. So, I returned ALL of the items, that we were loaned to us, and returned the items in their requested time period, and they decided to send us a bill for $285.00. We contacted them for the last 3 months and the sales person HOLLY, has yet to return my call. In fact after the last two invoices they have put a smiley face and a frown face at the bottom of the invoices. Holly won't call back, JERRY said, "I will get to the bottom of this and PROMISE to call you back", that was two weeks ago. So my business partner was upset today, to get yet another invoice, with finance charges against us, that she called and talked to the billing department and they have, NO answers and we need to talk with Holly next week. We even have a form that states that we have returned "IN FULL" all of the items. WHAT A WAIST OF TIME!!! I cannot understand why your accounting department has not picked up the phone and apologize and send us a written form by email, that we will no longer invoice you and keep accruing more interest against you. WATCH OUT CONTRACTORS, THEY WILL TRY TO GET YOU> I could not even imagine what a clint would go through spending thousands of dollars for fixtures and get such POOR SERVICE! You guys think you are soooooo professional at being a "Lighting Design Specialist". Your knowledge is limited on low-voltage lighting, and your attitude is unprofessional. We as a company spent hours upon hours walking the job with our client and put together many estimates for them and for what ever reason they wanted to wait. This is part of business, amazing how we put out almost all of our resources and time, and you guys put very minimum, and yet you feel inclined to bill us! We will no longer need your services!!! If this company does not get this resolved in the next week we will bill you for our time and send this to collections!!!
