I've only been going for a few months now, but it is definitely working and I couldn't be happier. Nikki has been involved with each of my treatments (either doing the work directly or training new technicians) and I couldn't ask for any better. Every other staff member I've interacted with has been super friendly and pleasant to deal with. The location itself is convenient, easy to get into and out of. If you're in the market for their services - I highly recommend stopping in.
