Overall the service was okay, where my issue now lies is after the fact. After Clair had messaged me as what I assume to be a follow up, I asked very politely to be removed from her follow up list. Rather than simply acknowledging my request, she became defensive and took it far too personally that I was no longer interested in her services. Very rude and unprofessional.
