The Loveland Chop House

The food was great. The waitress was great, but everything before we finally got seated was a horrible experience. We arrived 15 minutes before our reservation, but we waited over 45 minutes after our reservation to be seated. The hostess actually argued with us about reservation time saying that our reservation was at 7:30 instead of 7:15 even after we showed her the confirmation email that showed she was wrong. Even if it was true, how would that make being sat at 8:05 for a 7:15 reservation any better? Her attitude was horrific. I will not eat there again because of how my party was treated by this woman. The date was 1/27/2018. If the manager reads this, I hope you take appropriate action.
