Parts department is good but service department is a nightmare to deal with

OMG they were wonderful. We have a 2000 International boom truck that was sputtering on acceleration. Our truck sat at another company for 3 days an never even looked at it. They kept telling me that the diag wasn't done yet. Turns out they didn't even look at it. Immediately called McCandless they got the truck in right away! After 2 days it was READY to go back to work!! They helped us out with the parts and labor too. THIS WILL BE OUR place for truck repair. Don't take it your truck any place else! Mike is awesome. SO appreciate them working with Limbotomy Tree Service, LLC!!
