This is seriously the worst customer service I've ever experienced at a McDonalds. I've gone in twice and was waiting at the front counter for over a minute with no one acknowledging me or even showing that they were going to take my order. I was really feeling like a shake and no one seemed to be available to help me. So I walked out~
In Australia there are touch screens to order and pay, I really think that would be a smart move here because the service sucks immensely.
