Had some break ins but good naberhood

A well maintained (and relatively unkown) park. Nice place set for the kids, flat oval sidewalk for new bike-riders and the like, and a large flat grassy area with plenty of room for your favorite outdoor sports. If you're looking for fun, space, shade, and privacy, you'll have a great time with friends here.
