Had been in contact via email with Richard Farris about the new JL Rubicon. When my wife and I went in, Richard had the one we were coming to see pulled up and ready for us. He was extremely helpful, friendly and best of all..not pushy. We went ahead with the purchase and Richard made every step of the process painless and fun. Even the staff on site the night we were there were all friendly and helpful. Richard has also been amazing post delivery of the vehicle and has promptly replied to any question I’ve had. There was a slight issue with a wiring harness under the passenger seat in which I had to leave the Jeep with service. Richard got everything set up for me with service, met me on site early and had a loaner ready for me. Ryan in service took care of getting the harness replaced and did a great job of keeping me informed on the status while they had me Jeep. Would definitely recommend Medved South to friends or family!
