I've worked with MS support for years so didn't expect much when going to the store for help with my Surface. I was dead wrong. This store is designed around customer service. They usually have 2 or 3 people working, which at this kiosk-style location, is plenty. They provide quick and excellent customer service and leave you feeling like a valued customer when walking away. Great job at turning my opinion of Microsoft Customer Service and Support around guys!
