Sure the staff is somewhat friendly but they dont listen to you. Repeatedly told them about the power steering pump being bad and they told me that is how it is supposed to sound. Both myself and husband were supposed to be on the loan and we told them again repeatedly that is what we wanted and we're just ignored. I feel like we got suckered into this vehicle because we needed a bigger car. I wish we would have shopped around more. There are so many problems with this car that we are stuck fixing now!!! So unsatisfied with the business.
