This company has about the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. Marna is snippy and rude. I had payment questions so I was questioning her in a respectful manner but she seemed to take personal offense. This company is known for issues and bad customer service. They do not send service letters to new home owners and then tack on this silly $2 late fees to annoy people. Unfortunately they have a monopoly in Monument, hopefully we will get a better compnany soon.
