As a new customer I tried calling the story couple times and didn't leave a message. Must have caught them after hours due to time difference. Well fishing for a customer they called me. Hey great for them. 1. missed emailing me order recipient and tracking # 2. when order was placed over phone sales missed that another tri clamp was needed. (Hey if I placed order online it would be on me) Reading recipient you would think clamp was included. NO 3. Called and ordered said clamp and gasket and NO emailed recipient or tracking # POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AFTER SALE!
