I didnt even go into my appointment i called the night before to ask a few questions and got the very RUDE and unprofessional operater who sounded alot like she hated her job ..just a little advice if you cant be polite to people you shouldnt apply for a job where it requires you to be at the customers service and , you have to deal people ..
