Mulberries Cake Shop

My husband I came into Mulberries, three weeks before we needed a wedding cake. Kathleen was so nice and she helped us decide on the most perfect cake for our small intimate wedding. She was also very generous with her tasting sizes. We can't wait for our anniversary cake, and we will be doing on of our future kid's birthday cakes with her. This charming cake shop makes some of the best cakes and cupcakes in Denver. They currently occupy 5,000 square feet in multiple storefronts on Colfax Avenue, but started in a tiny shop on South Gaylord in 2000, moved to Old South Pearl Street, and finally moved to one small storefront on Colfax where they have gradually gobbled up the adjacent spaces over the years. They clearly have a track record. Their custom cakes are gorgeous and are available for weddings, birthdays, and all occasions. They always have a selection of cookies and cupcakes and can do any custom flavor or decoration you desire. The shop offers coffee drinks, hot chocolate, lemonade, and iced tea plus smoothies and milkshakes. The staff is always friendly and very helpful. I'm addicted to their chocolate cupcakes and have been buying them for many years.
