Doesn't work if you have a small car. Constantly leaves spots nearly dry or soapy and not rinsed off. Mirrors and back hatch are never cleaned. The free vaccuums are nice and I bet if you have an SUV or larger, it's great. It just wasn't built with hatchbacks in mind.
