I went in here to ask if my current phone would work on the Viaero network? She took my phone and switch sim cards with here phone and told me "no it won't work on our network". She then proceeded to switch back the sim cards and now my phone doesn't work! It says "insert MetroPSC sim", she told me sorry there was nothing she could do. So now I have to buy a new phone and all the company can say is "sorry". She refused to call her technical support to ask if this has happened to any other dealers or anyone? I would highly recommend not doing business with this location.
