While the service itself was fine and the store was tidy and clean, I went in to pick up photos I had uploaded and sent to their printers only to learn that they haven't received an online photo print order in months. The employee said there's no way for them to receive or print the photos so she can't understand why their store website allows it. Thankfully I wasn't charged for anything, but wasted my time.
