Old Chicago Pizza and Taproom

I love this place and the food (the beer cheese is the best and those Sicilian pizza appetizer rolls are the bomb) but the burgers were a little cold tonight. Still delicious just threw me off a little.. Wasn't worth complaining over though. Great food. Not recommended if you don't like hearing drunk people talk loud enough for the whole restaurant to hear lol.

We love the food, so good! But the service tonight was terrible! Started when she brought me the wrong drink, which I teased her about and drank anyway. After an hour she said the kitchen lost our ticket. Sorry. The apology was insincere, and we didn't believe her. No manager visit to apologize, which in itself was horrible! We felt unwanted and pushed aside. And as members of the reward club feeling like there is no need to return.
