My experience with the staff and the dentist was wonderful. Everyone was very friendly and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. They greeted me and promptly helped me with a smile. The office manager even introduced herself and walked me back to the exam room while explaining what the exam would entail. I am not a big fan of the dentist and had not been in a long time but they went out of their way to make sure I was comfortable. They took x-rays and gave me a thorough exam and cleaning. The dentist then explained what needed to be done and they gave me an exact breakdown of what my insurance would cover. I ended up having six cavities filled with no pain and in a short period of time. I work a lot and don't have much time to make it to the dentist so for my convenience they made sure everything got taken care of that day. It was the best experience I've ever had at the dentist. In short, I hadn't been to a dentist in 16 years and now I have a follow up appointment in six months.
