Pinnacle Dentistry

Called the office to secure a follow up appointment with Dr. Perrett regarding a tooth issue he has been treating since September 2017. I was told to take a picture and send it in. Upon each visit to this office I was told this tooth/gum would better with cleanings and time. I have had 2 cleanings, 3 exams and 8 months of time. On my last visit I inquired if I needed a specialist. I was told no. It is much worse and when I requested follow up today I was told to take a picture so Dr. Perrett could determine next steps from a phone image. This is not a standard of care that is acceptable.
