I usually have a decent experience here, so I am really disappointed. Refused me service 20 minutes before they closed without a decent explanation. Had to call another store to verify that they should in fact be open until ten. When I called back they said they were slow that night, and so they weren't serving anymore. Bad business.. But I could have handled that explantion better had they given it the first time. I was ready to place a $100+ order.. And I give good tips. 9-10 are listed as some of the peak hours for this location so why would you close early? I'm sure the GM at the east location is applauding his employees, who were more than willing to take my order.
