I have been with PSCU for 6 years, and the last two years with them have been very discouraging. I have had my account information stolen twice, both times hundreds of dollars were stollen in multiple transactions. PSCU did not alert me of the suspicious activity (hundreds of dollars were being taken out of my account from multiple ATMs in Las Vegas while I was here in Thornton), they did not shut down my card, they continued to let the fraudulent activity take place until my savings/checking was drained, BOTH TIMES. Furthermore, their app is terrible. There are times where it wont let you log in, stating that your log in information is incorrect, even if you change your information it still comes back as incorrect. This is a major inconvenience when you need to log into the app to check your balance/transfer money. This issue has been going on for months and they haven't done anything to fix it. While the employees are always very friendly, there is never enough of them working. The line will be out the door with only three tellers working. Needless to say, I am very happy to be cancelling my accounts here and switching to a reliable bank.
