RISE! A Breakfast Place

Gluten and Dairy Free Options: YES, More Gluten Free than Dairy Free. This is my favorite restaurant in Fort Collins. The food is always fantastic, not just the usual bacon and eggs breakfast. The dishes are a eclectic and a skillful mix of flavors that are exciting and delicious. The hostess are so sweet and friendly and if you can sit in Torie's section do it, as her service is not only prompt and precise, but witty and friendly as well. They are always willing to work with me as I am a difficult individual to feed (dairy and wheat allergic). If the specials don't appeal to you I recommend the Rise Sammy. The poblano jelly is delicious. Sadly they don't make a dairy free version of their corn cakes. Really which they would though. *wink* *wink*
