These guys are a rip off. They came out (eventually) and didn't do the job correctly but had the guts to charge me full amount. I had to hire a real plumber to correct their mistakes and keep my pipes from leaking. The office staff are rude when they answer the phone, but sometimes you can't get a hold of anybody, especially when you need them. The "plumbers" they send out are unprofessional and don't understand local codes. You've been warned. Stay away!

Riteway, where to begin? How about with their awesome techs, I’ve had each of their techs out to my house as one point or another and they never cease to amaze me. Rick had Installed my new toilet and faucet/sink in my guest bathroom which looks beautiful and works very well. Kenny and Mark had been scheduled out to install my water heater and I couldn’t be more greatful for the team work that was displayed and the information both of them could give me if anything were to go wrong. Riteway definitely gets things done the right way, hands down! They will forever have my future business.
