I wouldn't even give Ray one star. He is unprofessional, tells you one thing one day and something different the next. Argues with the customer and talks over them and says things the exact opposite of what he told you several times before. His team had to come back and redo the entire floor. I have pictures of the after product and it is as bad as the before. Would never recommend him or his company.
