For the short time I was there I watched in disgust as Every single staff member completely ignored the customers. They spoke to one another from one register to the next, even an off duty employee stopped in to take part in the social hour. While I can appreciate enjoying where you work, at the very least acknowledge the customer in front of you with a smile at the very least.
