Service has been on the decline at the Windsor Safeway management has nearly completely changed hands and in such has caused a large turn over in employees. I was a loyal patron for years I now plan to shop loyally with King Soopers. Safeway had happy vibrant faces that have been driven away by poor frowning management honestly look at the female mangers there... never smiling anymore. I hope you all decide to take your business elsewhere as well. I'm a very UNSATISFIED customer!
