I’m very disappointed in my whole experience. Unhappy about end result. -The stylists are very chatty with one another which causes them to not be fully focused on you -Poor customer service ex. How was your service? Front desk never used: Hold on just a moment I have to... instead silence -poor communication with clients I would expect the instructors would equip the girls with key phrases and how to communicate with to make the client comfortable and be sure to giving the paying client what they want instead of their skills that they are playing around with. This place is very unprofessional
