Sears Carpet Cleaning & Air Duct Cleaning

I have utilized this services for several years and received an email offer for a $95 cleaning on 4 areas. I input my area code and the offer was confirmed. Kim-the manager of this division-had her office admin call me to tell me the offer was not going to be extended to me due to where I lived as I had a minimum $250 trip charge! The admin refused to provide Kim's last name, did not offer for me to speak with the manager, and would not offer the regional managers name. I will not utilize this service in the future-this is classic bait and switch-Shame on you Kim and Sears!
