All I want to do is get rid of a gift card I have for SEPHORA and I'll never shop there again. I've had nothing but horrible customer service there for the last year. Either no one will assist me or they are extremely rude. The females here seem to have a attitude, annoyed by there customers presence. My last few visit ( to spend gift cards) they avoid eye contact, again no assistance. They are always out of product. ULTA all the way. They are sweet, approachable, present, knowledgeable. Overall always a good experience at ULTA. Think my last gift card will go to the garbage.
