I waited twenty minutes to get my to go order of food after placing the order. The whole restaurant was in shambles. It was disorganized and not clean. It didn't seem like any of the employees or managers knew what was happening. There didnt seem like anyone was communicating between the kitchen, cashier, or managers. I witnessed online orders from other people not go through their system, making a bunch of people wait for 15-20 mins in addition to the 20+ minutes prior to arriving. Once I received my food, my French fries were dripping with oil. Literally dripping. It was so bad that I had to place four napkins under the fry box and after thatir still leaked oil all over my clothes. I totally understand when things are going array and having bad days, but this experience was really terrible. This place needs to get a handle on things real quick.
