Rustic as a good BBQ joint should be. Excellent ribs but the burnt ends, although tasty, were lacking a nice crust. Green chili was way too salty for me, and I like salty foods, so they replaced it with Dave's red which is a Texas style chili but has beans. It was okay. A nice variety of barbecue sauces that were all tasty.
