I’ve worked in customer service since I was old enough to work. I have had my fair share and given great customer service! This was by far one of the WORST experiences I have ever had! I don’t usually do reviews, but I have never paid more to “inconvenience” someone! This business is based on keeping customers coming in and I won’t be back! It lives up to its name for sure! I was “snapped” at more times than I should have been. I was snapped at because I requested my nails be cut short because of my job. I was snapped at because I asked if they did designs. This was before the process started, and I thought maybe it could get better. It didn’t. The guy then snapped at me because I kept tensing up my hands and was then told he wasn’t going to do it if I could t relax my hands. Also in a snappy, your bothering my afternoon, type way. When I changed my mind about just doing polish because I didn’t want to stay longer than I had to and sit through design work, he snapped and said “oh so now your NOT doing a design?” Then he told me to go pick out polish and when I went to the wrong shelf it was “you’re at the wrong place, YOUR polish is over there”. Last when it came time to redeem himself for a little bit of it, when I went to pay he was on the phone having a conversation, ran my card before telling me the amount and said nothing as I was signing it. No tip for you. I won’t be coming back! Again, Snappy nails lives up to its name. If you feel like being snapped at for 45 min, feel free to visit. I won’t be going back!
