Besides the water being horrible. It's like drinking sand. Their billing and customer service is the absolute worst. Their website looks like it was built in the 80's by a 1st grader and we frequently have set up automatic payments only to have them mysteriously turned off resulting in fees being assessed and threats of disconnection of our service. Can we please contract a private company instead of this inept government organization?
