Steamboat Medical

When on vacation, I thought my daughter may have an ear infection. Looked up the Steamboat Urgent Care. When stopped to bring daughter there, they were CLOSED in the middle of the day (noon to 2:00 pm) for a staff meeting. An Urgent care should never be closed during business hours. Staff meetings should be conducted before or after hours never in the middle of an afternoon. So I went to the Steamboat Emergency Center across the main street from Urgent Care, and they were AMAZING (staff extremely nice and helpful)!!! Will NOT return to the Urgent Care in Steamboat Springs, but go directly to the Steamboat Emergency Center. May cost a little more if they do more than just a consultation, but well worth it (consultation with doctor was free).

I have been going to Steamboat Medical for about 5 years now and it’s time to thank them for helping our family. We have seen Chris, Jon and David each multiple times. I can say that they are each excellent listeners, have given us great advice/ treatments as needed and their service level is excellent. I wrote this today because I googled them to set an appointment and saw the option. Chris got me in quick and was helpful as always. Update: Just had my annual physical and found out that my bad cholesterol is down 20 points due to Chris's advice and no drugs from my physical last year. Many thanks Chris!
