*RIDERS BEWARE* I was under the impression that this was a professional outfit. Today I joined about 30 ski club members on this excursion. After signing the waiver and getting fitted for helmets, we split up into 3 groups and met outside for a short intro and safety meeting. We took off to the trails and at our second stop, the guide noticed a crack on my front hood. He asked me if I was in an accident and I replied no Sir, he asked again and I affirmed respectfully, absolutely not Sir. After lunch we tipped our guide and returned to ride some cool trails. When we returned to the cabin, I returned my helmet and was confronted again by the guide and his manager about the damage. If it weren’t for the group picture I took before we left, I would have been charged for some existing superficial damage. I felt totally disrespected. I would advise future customers to review their machines before take off, and make the guide aware of any damage. There were many machines with similar scratches, dents and panels missing. It is the responsibility of the guide to recognize any new damages. I will not return or recommend this place. I value honor and respect over any joyride.
We were picked up at the hotel on time and the driver was friendly. Getting geared up was easy and simple. The tour was great and a blast. The kids were able to take the wheel in two areas (with parental support) and they loved it The only complaint has to do more with parents with small kids. The tours are on a specific schedule so if you have small ones, take the time to have them prepped before hand as to not hold up everyone else.
