Confused as to where pedestrians are Truly allowed to walk I see some fishermen down below on one side of the dam and then it is a drop off on the other perhaps they mean that you cannot go 100' from the actual part that literally functions as a dam basically the signage is a little weird in the parking is not really parking just big gravel area that looks like a old construction zone however despite all of this it is absolutely stunning and the water is picture perfect chili but worth it
