Came in, place was not busy. Waited 10 minutes standing with other people and finally got seated. Waited another 10 minutes for anyone to even get a soda. Ordered a ribeye medium rare, came back so burnt and dry I couldn't eat one bite. Normally I wouldn't complain but it was that bad. I politely said i hate to be that guy and then asked what could be done and was told "Nothing, would you like the check now??" Terrible...
