HORRIBLE LOCATION! I did a return WITH receipt and got asked 21 questions as if they were suspicious or something... it was just a blanket nothing high priced and I had my receipt which I paid for the item with my debit card........ Starts with sowhy are you returning? Because the blanket sheds a ton (and by a ton I mean as soon as I took it out of the packaging my floors and couch were covered in lint upon opening). Next question oh I see you purchased at a Littleton location so why are you up here? Uh because I live in Superior and I took a trip to IKEA and decided to stop at a TJ Maxx while I was up in the area, along with many other stores...HELLO didn’t know that was a problem? Next question, so why are you returning this? I told you why because it sheds everywhere. Her response, oh I couldn’t take you seriously....EXCUSE ME?! Let me tell you this review doesn’t show the tone she was speaking in.. Rude! This store has some customer service PROBLEMS!! Just this month we went there and bought my husband an all new wardrobe at this very location and spent almost 200 dollars, let me tell you that is the last you’ll ever be getting of my money! This location is in a major need of some rehiring! Never returning here.
