Tom James Company

I have a student attending Metro State in Denver and she's had a class today in which 2 employees of Tom James came to speak about professional dress code in the workplace. She and all her female classmates felt insulted and patronized by the reps and also ashamed to try and be a woman in the workplace. They were told to cover up in interviews. I find this disgraceful and appalling and cannot believe that in this political climate that this company is advocating this behavior.
